My Practice
I focus my practice exclusively on family law matters, handling:
- Divorce. I represent men and women throughout the divorce process, from the filing of a complaint through negotiated settlements or trial to post-judgment requests for modification or enforcement. I handle all matters related to or arising out of divorce, including child custody, visitation, child support and property division.
- Child custody and support. I will help you put a custody and visitation/parenting time order in place that is in the best interests of your child. I will also review all proposed child support orders for compliance with state guidelines and to ensure that all income is included.
- Paternity. I will represent either party in a paternity dispute and will handle any custody, visitation or support issues that arise based on the determination.
- Cohabitation and premarital agreements. I work with individuals and couples who plan to get married or live together, including same sex couples, preparing and reviewing agreements to address the distribution of property upon divorce or separation.
